What Is Included With The Door Purchase?
Both of our modern steel doors & wrought iron doors are pre-hung meaning the jamb, door, glass, flush bolt, roller latch, & sweep is included.
Only handles, installation bolts and installation are not included to allow customers to choose their own lock and installer.
Can I Order A Custom Door?
Yes, we can make any design, glass style, color, and size of steel & wrought exterior iron doors.

Where Do We Ship And How Long Does It Take?
We ship to all 48 states and shipping usually depends on location and carrier.
The carrier provided will call to schedule a delivery date and time to deliver your door.
Important: Because the doors are heavy, the customer is responsible for unloading the door from the delivery truck.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Iron door shipping cost will depend based on location and the number of doors ordered. Multiple door orders, doors with transoms, or doors larger than 8′ can have shipping cost estimated at the time of quote.
We provide a liftgate when possible. However, many of our steel security doors are too big to fit on a liftgate so you will need 2-3 people to dismantle the pallet and unload the doors once delivered.
How Much Do Iron Doors Weigh?
Our iron security doors are made from the highest quality 12 gauge steel so they are extremely heavy.
A 3′ x 8′ foot single iron door will weigh around 400 pounds with 6 x 8′ double iron doors weighing around 800-1000 pounds.
Are The Jambs Insulated?
Our steel jambs & doors are fully insulated with polyurethane foam so that our doors are climate controlled and do not let heat in or escape from the house. We have shipped doors to all 48 states and do not have problems with our insulation like others.
Is The Threshold Included?
A steel threshold is included with all exterior iron door purchases and is already welded onto the jamb.
For modern interior steel doors, we can make without a threshold as this is standard for interior doors.
Are Handles & Locks Included?
Because there are many different handles and locks to choose from, we do not include handles and locks with in-stock iron & steel doors. However, these may be purchased from us separately. Our iron steel exterior & interior doors are compatible with most major lock-set brands and smart locks.
However, if you like the traditional iron pull handles that do not have latches, we can make those with a custom order.
Can I Get A Bug Screen With My Iron Door?
Yes, we can order a bug screen to come attached to custom iron doors. Please contact us directly for more info.
Can I Expedite a Custom Order?
Yes, we may be able to allow for faster production and shipping of our security doors. Please contact us directly for more info.
Do We Make Doors For Commercial Properties?
Yes, we can make any size of modern steel or wrought iron door in any style with custom glass and color finishes. We can even add a push bar as a handle.
